Ordering Products & Consumer Protection
Placing an order through the e-shop constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract, governed by Law 2251/1994, as amended and currently in force. A valid order may be placed by natural or legal persons who meet the legal capacity requirements under applicable law.

Payment Methods
Products, prices, and shipping terms are those indicated at the time of order confirmation.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

Before completing the order, by removing items from the cart.

After receiving the product, by contacting customer service and stating the reason for cancellation.

If the order has been invoiced, by contacting customer service with the relevant order details.
Shipping & Shipping Costs
Products can be shipped within Greece to the address provided in the order form via our courier partners.
Shipments are processed daily, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders exceeding 10kg may incur additional charges depending on the courier
