Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the moment the order confirmation is received.
During peak periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the following countries only:

At this time, we do not ship to other destinations.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order value.

Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped within the European Union.
No additional customs duties or import taxes will be charged upon delivery.
Pre-Order Items
Certain products available on our store are offered on a Pre-Order basis. These items are produced on demand and are not held in stock at the time of purchase.
By placing an order for a Pre-Order item, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:
- The estimated shipping timeframe is approximately 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase, as the product will enter production following the order confirmation.
- Standard delivery timelines indicated in this policy do not apply to Pre-Order items.
- NEVRO BLAZER LTD will make every reasonable effort to fulfil Pre-Order shipments within the estimated timeframe; however, production or logistical circumstances beyond our control may cause further delays.
- In the event of a significant delay, customers will be notified by email with an updated estimated shipping date.
- Pre-Order purchases are binding upon confirmation. Cancellations may be requested prior to the item entering production, subject to NEVRO BLAZER LTD's approval.

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues
NEVRO BLAZER LTD is not responsible for delays caused by:

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
Risk & Ownership
Ownership of the products transfers to the customer upon full payment and delivery of the goods.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.
