Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days from your withdrawal request

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

You may handle and inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Any use beyond this may result in a reduction of the refund amount.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless:

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date we are informed of your withdrawal

  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment
